New court filings in Coomer v. Byrne are raising serious questions after years of denials. Patrick Byrne revealed to Emerald Robinson that the filings now acknowledge Eric Coomer had contact with foreign nationals regarding Dominion voting system source code—including overseas contacts and foreigners working in Denver offices. Byrne says this directly contradicts long-standing public claims that Dominion’s software was strictly American and tightly controlled, noting that election code is supposed to be handled only by fully cleared personnel. At the same time, Coomer is reportedly asking the court to bar questions about Venezuela, Serbia, and China, even as these foreign contacts are now on the record. The judge has not yet ruled, and the case is rapidly developing.
