Jessica’s journey—from surviving a terminal illness and profound loss to thriving with grace and grit—has shaped her mission: to guide women in cultivating resilience not as a hard shell, but as a soft, flexible strength rooted in gratitude, joy, and life’s quiet moments.

Raised on a farm and still a farm girl at heart, Jessica draws deep inspiration from nature. Whether fly fishing in mountain streams or quilting stories into fabric, she believes healing comes from slowing down and embracing life’s simple joys.

Her upcoming book, Dancing in the Shower: Uncovering Radical Resilience to Live a Life You Love (coming early 2025), shares heartfelt stories and a roadmap to finding joy—even when life doesn’t go as planned.

Jessica teaches that resilience isn’t about doing it all—it’s about softening, receiving, and being transformed by life’s beauty, even in the messiest moments.
