  • NEW SHOCKING TPUSA AUDIT Shows CHARLIE WAS RIGHT!!
    Jan 11 2026

Research & Video found at @danksterintel What if the real reason behind a major leadership change had nothing to do with qualifications… and everything to do with how money moves? In this video, I walk through public IRS filings, line by line, to explain why Erica Kirk became CEO of Turning Point USA — and why the answer appears to be buried inside Form 990, Schedule L.This isn’t speculation. This isn’t theory. This is documentation.Using publicly available IRS records, Wyoming LLC filings, and nonprofit disclosure rules, we uncover:A $350,000 loan from Turning Point USA to a private LLCA split-dollar life insurance structure tied to the CEO titleA mysterious LLC dissolution and midnight reinstatementA reinstatement that occurred days before a critical insurance deadlineAnd a legal loophole that may retroactively validate a beneficiary that didn’t exist at the time of deathMost importantly, we examine who controls the LLC, who controls the payout, and why the CEO title mattered more than the person holding it.⚠️ Important Clarification:This video does not accuse anyone of violent wrongdoing. An accused shooter is in custody, and legal proceedings will determine criminal responsibility. This investigation focuses strictly on financial structure, nonprofit governance, and IRS compliance issues.

I listened to his recent show in which the host opines on the latest lawsuit that former Navy SEAL devgrue (SEAL Team 6) member Rob O’Neill had filed against the guys at the AntiHero Podcast, for their questioning his assertion that he was the guy who placed the shot that killed OBL. While I understand this podcaster had every right to voice his opinion on the matter, perhaps a little background research would better inform his views. Strictly from a legal perspective, for this podcaster to assert that Mr. O’Neill will have no problem demonstrating to the court that the opinions and research that they bring to the table have injured the plaintiff’s ability to earn money, and have damaged his name, etc.; should perhaps first look into the exceedingly high bar that is faced by ANY public figure when asserting liable or slander. It’s all but impossible for him to prevail in this proceedings, given his book, his innumerable guest appearances on various media outlets, and the like. I get that he’s spent a weekend at Mr. O’Neill’s home, or perhaps better characterized as he did as a massive estate in which he slept in one wing of the mansion. I have no dog in this fight; the host repeatedly says he has no dog in this fight, yet clearly he does! He also implies that if you didn’t serve you have no business offering up any opinions on such matters, then goes on to say he’s never served. Doesn’t he hear the hypocrisy coming from his commentary on this topic? I was Honorably Discharged from the US Marine Corps, so I guess that affords me the latitude to opine… which is absurd on its face. Anyone has the right in a free society to voice their opinion; no disqualifications for failing to serve. But setting aside this spurious argument for the moment, while I don’t know any of the hosts of the AntiHero Podcast, I believe that Brent was a Tier One operator with US Army Delta Force, and I believe that Tyler was also an elite military member with the 75th Ranger Regiment. If this podcaster wants to just spout his opinions without doing his due diligence, so be it. If he wants to predict the “damages” caused by another podcast’s discussion of the situation without any known background in civil law, so be it. If he wants to lean so hard and blindly to one end of the political spectrum so be it. …But if you want Truth, reflective, and well researched analysis, look elsewhere!
