    Championship season has officially arrived in New Jersey and it's time to break it all down! Rich and Jay spotlight football sectional finals, including the latest installment of the Ramapo-Northern Highlands saga as well as Jack Cannon's historical day for Holmdel (02:20). JSZ's James Mooney joins the show in studio to talk through some of the best football teams in South Jersey heading into the state semifinal round while the guys hit on some of the other North Jersey games we're covering this weekend (15:44). The Non-Public A semifinal round is finally upon us and it features the top-four teams in New Jersey - Rich and Jay break down those two games on Friday night (32:11). This week's Blast From The Past features Alabama wide receiver Lotzier Brooks, who is making an impact just a year after winning our annual Zoneman Trophy (44:31). JSZ's Tyler Mroz joins the show in studio to reflect on memorable seasons for national No. 1 soccer power Rutgers Prep and fellow national Top-10 program Paul VI, each of which won state championships on Sunday (46:03). We close out this week's show by going behind-the-scenes of the incredible St. Benedict's Prep goal Jay Cook captured last week that landed at No. 2 on SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays list (57:33).

Glassboro's football team is going for a third-straight section title and 25th straight win this weekend, so we welcome their head coach Timmy Breaker onto the show for a great interview (30:58). We stay in South Jersey for this week's Blast from the Past as we highlight former Mainland star Ja'briel Mace (42:21). New Jersey continues to stack up the big time wrestling commits and we talk the CBA trio who has recently all committed to powerhouse Iowa (43:59). Playoff seeds for non-public football teams in New Jersey were decided over the weekend and the guys have instant reaction from both the Non-Public A and Non-Public B brackets (02:37). We're now into the sectional semifinal round for public football playoffs and we look ahead to some of the top games this weekend (24:07). The Paul VI girls' soccer team is fresh off their first South Jersey Coaches Cup title and star player Emma McCarthy joins the show to talk about the Eagles and her blended soccer and lacrosse careers (36:04). We put a bow on conference/county soccer season by going through the Essex and Union championships (47:16). This week's Blast From The Past is about Kentucky's Otega Oweh, who was named the SEC men's basketball Preseason Player of the Year (57:42). We wrap up the show with an alumni spotlight on Kyle Monangai and Davis Schneider (59:20).
