Jennifer Armour and Donna Jo Richmond Homicides & the Golden State Killer

Tulare County has two homicides that have long been suspected of being the work of the Golden State Killer - Jennifer Armour and Donna Jo Richmond (Oscar Clifton was convicted of Donna Jo Richmond's killing but always maintained his innocence). With the identification and arrest of Joseph James DeAngelo, who law enforcement believes to be the Golden State Killer, both cases have been back in the news. Sun-Gazette publisher Reggie Ellis and Editor-In-Chief Paul Myers return to share the investigative research they've done on both cases in relation to suspect Joseph DeAngelo.
