Jeff Duncan came to fame in 1988 when his unsigned band Odin were featured prominently in the documentary, The Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years. While the elusive record deal never happened for Odin, Jeff found his way to sobriety and Armored Saint, where he continues to this day, with the band preparing to release a new album next year.
