At 34, Alexsa has cultivated a deep passion for screenwriting and performance, focusing on narratives that bridge the gap between the page and the stage. A little bit about Myia below

Hi, I’m Myia Nicole. I was born and raised in Georgia, just outside of Atlanta in Cobb County. I’m a flight attendant of 10 years, and I’m also the founder of Prevail Woman, a faith-based lifestyle activewear brand.

Traveling has been such a blessing in my life. It’s allowed me to see the world, experience different cultures, and meet so many incredible people. Asia has been my farthest and one of my favorite regions—I’ve been to Tokyo, Bali, and Thailand, and those experiences really expanded my perspective. I’m hoping to visit Africa this year as well.

Outside of travel, fitness has become a huge part of my life. I enjoy strength training, Pilates, and cardio, and I’m currently want to run my first 5K this year. I also enjoy baking—I’m still learning. I also enjoy serving others through volunteering and giving back to my community.

Brand Story

Prevail Woman was birthed during a very transformative season in my life.

I had always worked out on and off, but I truly locked in on my fitness journey when a friend invited me to the gym in 2024. From that point, I invested in a trainer and began taking my health seriously. At the time, I was in a season of unhappiness. I was balancing my career as a flight attendant while also working in nightlife as a waitress, and I had developed a lot of toxic habits—smoking, drinking, unhealthy eating, and even unhealthy relationships.

Internally, my soul was craving wholeness and peace. But outwardly, I was stuck in cycles that weren’t aligned with who I knew I was called to be.

Being in the gym and surrounded by other women who were disciplined, focused, and committed to growing inspired me deeply. Fitness became more than physical—it became spiritual and mental transformation.

One day, Prevail Woman was birthed from a journal entry in my apartment. It started as just a name and a vision that represented overcoming, discipline, and faith. From there, I built everything from the ground up—the logo, the website, the product development, the marketing, and the shipping. It’s been a journey of faith, obedience, and perseverance.
