It's Okay God Can Take It - Part 4 of 5

Life can weigh heavily on our hearts. Whether it is worries about the future, burdens from the past, or anxiety in the present, God can take it. He never intended for us to carry these loads.

Scripture invites us to lay down our burdens at His feet. In 1 Peter 5:7, we are told, “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” God is not distant from our pain; He wants to take it.

Jesus gave the same invitation: “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).

No emotion is too overwhelming, no fear too great, and no burden too heavy for the Lord. He is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1), a present help in trouble.

When we bring our struggles to Him in prayer and faith, He offers peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:6–7). Give it to Him, and experience the peace only He can provide.

Remember that God can take it: stress, sorrow, fears, anger, etc.. We never have to carry it alone. Trust the One who is strong enough to carry it all.
