It's a humdinger as Tom talks to Marina Corti of Richemont (think Cartier, Montblanc, Chloe) about the realities of DE&I from a corporate perspective. To what extent are some corporates having a kneejerk reaction to movements such as Black Lives Matters? What has changed for the better in the tumultous last year when it comes to creating inclusive working environments? How do we own our privilege and get in touch with our own biases?
