I come to you with a heavy heart today! I had bad news from a friend, and it is choking, sad and a reminder that children are still sexually abused under our watch.

This news trigged the eight-year-old I was, who, like this child, wanted not to live.

I am still on my healing journey, and I will share what this event triggers in me.
