Can be called any number of things including Social Contracts, Covenants, Community Agreements, Group Agreements, Team Agreements, or Class Pledges, but the basic premise is the same. Essentially, a social contract is a list of agreements between a group of people about how they are going to treat one another and interact with one another. And even how they will resolve disputes.
