Is yoga a religion?

In this video, I decide to explore the question - "Is yoga a religion ?" My intention is to unpack the origins of the practice and if it can be compatible with other religious beliefs. There's so much we still don't fully understand about Eastern philosophies and teachings and that can be a bit scary. Hopefully, this episode can relieve some of the unknown and invite you to open your mind to an alternate perspective.
