Is life getting better? Are we… healing?

2016 called and it seems like things are moving forward these days. Not just in myself, but I’m seeing it all throughout the world and how much fighting and movement and healing and growth is happening.

I decided to close this chapter in my life for now and I truly enjoyed doing this podcast and how much I grew throughout the year with it. Also proud of myself that I did it for a whole year because I was terrible at being consistent in anything. A win is a win.
