Amazing!

I have been seeking the Lord about someone reaching out to me through social media. It began with her reaching out, and I responded, although her messages seemed highly disingenuous, self-ambitious, and one-sided. After praying, I felt in my spirit that there was a spirit behind this woman that was not of God. After attempting to set a boundary, she reassured me that she was genuine and just too "busy" when she was the one who had initiated the friendship in the first place. Once I deleted my social media accounts for a social media fast, she began reaching out to my husband. I felt that was highly inappropriate, and my husband mentioned to me that maybe God was trying to help me make an impact for the kingdom. Though I continued to pray, I felt the same thing in my heart and spirit when seeking God. Unfortunately, I gave this woman another shot after knowing what God wanted me to do already. She tried to use my faith as a way into mine and my husband's and my life and marriage, and it began to cause tension. After attending our group at church, with the tension heavy on us, we received prayer, reassurance, and validation that what God was aiming to expose to me through prayer was correct. Since Monday night, I had not reached back out to her, and she began texting me numerous times. Once again, having not responded to her messages, she reached out to my husband and felt that it was okay to disrespect him through text while putting on a front to me through her texts she sent to me. That infuriated me to say the least. However, my husband and I have decided to cut off all contact with this woman. NEVER again will I go against the spiritual discernment that Christ has given me in an attempt to succumb to a spiritual attack against our home and marriage.
