He explains how living through a near-fatal accident and subsequent trauma led him on a journey to becoming the incredible person he is today.

    Andrew touches on the importance of changing the way we raise our children to be conscientious and emotionally-aware, especially amongst boys and men. He also runs Walk-and-talk events, which aim to allow participants to engage in openness and honest conversation to improve wellbeing.
