Lucas Silveira, former front man of The Cliks and current co-host of TV series Shine True, explores topics that make people uncomfortable.

From mental health, mental illness, trauma, addiction, stigma, queer and LGBTQ2SI+ issues, he dives in and speaks openly about each topic. 

He will also be taking voice mail from his audience, asking they speak to their own struggles, successes, recoveries and to ask direct questions to get his candid input.
