  • This is Tom Fox, the Compliance Evangelist. I’d like to welcome you to a new special video podcast series I’m doing with my co-host, Jonathan T. Marks from Baker Tilly. In this podcast series, we'll be taking a look at the changing and expanding obligations of the boards of directors of U.S. public companies around compliance, known as the Caremark Doctrine.
