After working alongside thousands of business coaches, consultants, and fractional executives and experiencing firsthand the power of business operating systems like EOS, Cam saw a clear gap. There is very little content designed specifically to help coaches build, scale, and manage the business of coaching.

This episode sets the foundation for the show by introducing the five core competencies of an ambitious coaching practice. These include Vision, Offering, Business Development, Practice Management, and Mastery. Cam also explains how future conversations will help coaches grow beyond sessions and into sustainable, scalable practices.
