In this introduction episode of The UnReal Man podcast, I talk about the issues confronting men in today's world and the impact that it is having on their mental health and their ability to even know what it is to be a man today.

I discuss the generations old beliefs and expectations that men are faced with and why I think those beliefs need to be challenged - for the betterment and health of not only men, but also women and children and society as a whole moving forward.
