The story has a great pace. It gives enough information without getting bogged down. Music is very appropriate and in good taste. Voice used in sharing this experience was spot on. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful story.

One of the best overall podcasts I've listened to

I try out a lot of podcasts that I stop listening to quickly due to a lot of reasons; uninteresting content, a voice that I just can't stand, hard to understand what they're saying, puts me to sleep, etc. However, Against the Odds was none of those things. I've just listed to the Thai Cave Rescue and it was very interesting!! The voices were all easy to hear and understand and pleasant to the ear. The dramatization was believable within the constraints of the actual events.
I started with true crime podcasts but I can't take it anymore. All the rape and murder is really bringing me down and making me a bit cynical so I really can't listen to that stuff anymore. This story of these kids being rescued from the cave in Thailand was so much better for my well-being. It showed the strength of mind that helped get the boys thru their time in the cave, in the dark, not knowing if anyone was coming to save them. The bravery and strength of the rescuers was amazing! I also loved the interview at the end with one of the rescuers. I hope these guys keep up this podcast with lots of stories like this.
