Intro to Values

Values are complex things for us to get to the root of, but they’re also simple. Because they really defy dissection, they’re the things we understand by name alone. When we identify our own values, we take control of our thoughts, emotions, and ultimately our behavior. And that makes us more effective leaders of ourselves and others.
