This is for real. I don't have to worry if the story is being told right. I don't have to worry that I'm being lied to. This podcast is uplifting and will snap you upright and open your eyes and mind. Learn from it, learn the truth, learn American history as it is unfettered by lies by those who....lie. Don't be afraid of the truth.

Thank you so much for giving this to us.

Learning about real black history

Loving the timeline. I remember where I was!! I had no idea how much I lived this history! I was 16 and from LA. I spent the summer of 1980 in New York - the hottest on record. My first time in NY and I was caught up in the east coast vs. west coast hip hop movement. Best time of my life!!

Excellent

This is exactly the type of program that I have wished networks would prioritize for years. Tremaine Lee elevates voices and experiences that might not otherwise be heard and I love it!

Powerful, Interesting, Informative, and Necessary.
