For more than three years, Marcus has led StriveAboveOthers while also serving as Assistant Director of the Elk Grove Royals, where he focuses on elevating local talent and supporting student-athletes in balancing academics and athletics. Marcus’s mission goes far beyond the court—he’s passionate about helping athletes reach scholarship opportunities, grow as leaders, and thrive in every aspect of life.
