With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Kim is a recognized leader in alternative investments, specializing in closed-end funds, interval funds, and innovative product development. At XA Investments, she oversees product and business development, driving the firm’s proprietary fund platform and consulting practice to deliver institutional-caliber alternative investment solutions to a broader range of investors.

Kim has been instrumental in launching and managing alternative investment strategies, including the development of over 40 closed-end funds during her tenure at Nuveen Investments, raising approximately $13 billion in capital. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and contributes thought leadership on topics such as interval funds, private credit, and the democratization of alternative investments. Kim holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame, where she graduated summa cum laude.
