  • In this episode, I have a conversation with the program director at Beyond Conflict, Jazzy Ramsey. We explore the wisdom of Taurus as a strategy for selfcare and community building in the face of political unrest. We look at the current administration and their strategic use of, “Shock and Awe,” to target the nervous system. We explore the unforeseen consequences of the cancel culture, the current issues of isolation, conflict resolution, and lastly joy as resilience and resistance.
    Remembering that Taurus energy combats attacks on the nervous system as the earth sign that supports us in being able to ground through the 5 senses. It reminds us that it’s okay to take breaks, rest and nourish ourselves and others. It is the stubborn and enduring bull that can sustain in a movement.
    Throughout the conversation, Jazzy references other revolutions, revolutionaries and atrocities to shed light on our present moment, and I weave in the current astrological shifts.
