Intake Part Two

In this episode, I come back to my podcasting microphone for the first time since 2022 to address the actual, science based, lab tested "long covid" diagnosis I finally received in late 2025 from my traumatic, life-threatening pandemic April 2020 infection and to discuss my treatment, where I am today and how I'm trying to face the necessary "phase one" of treatment if I'm ever going to be able to stop surviving and resume with living.

This is a podcast I do "by me, for me" to help me regain the life that was stolen in 2020, as I have learned I have been "living" in survival mode with HPA-axis dysregulation since that infection.
