ITV News has uncovered fake jabs, smuggled into the UK from a lab in China, and sold through social media to desperate customers.

Fake skinny jabs are also making their way onto high streets, with customers getting backroom injections in beauty salons - potentially leading to deadly consequences.

So how can you spot the fakes?
