    Meet Gary

Hi, I’m Gary Kadi. You’ve seen me in the business world, author, speaker, founder, high-performance advisor but what most people don’t know is that my greatest transformation didn’t come from building an empire.

It came from nearly losing everything that truly mattered. I built success the way many of us are taught, through relentless hustle, sacrifice and powering through. But along the way, I silently battled the “isms” – alcoholism, workaholism, perfectionism and I missed the moments that couldn’t be redone. I wasn’t present. I was either drinking, hungover or working to outrun my own discomfort. My wife was ready to give me my walking papers.

My son, diagnosed with autism and speech delays, was fading behind a wall I didn’t know how to break through. That was my fire but walking through it changed everything. I got sober and untangled my identity from my output and today, I’m proud to say my marriage is stronger than ever. My son is thriving he’s off his autism diagnosis, has a 3.8 GPA and is becoming one of the top young play-by-play broadcasters in the country.

From my lived experience, The Inside Man was born.

The Inside Man is not a theory. It’s not a tactic. It’s a path for men like you who’ve built it all and now realize they want something deeper. This isn’t about losing your edge.

It’s about aligning your fire with your soul. It’s about conscious leadership, peace that’s earned and living a life that actually feels like yours.
