“Holly D’Arcy is a mother of two and a military spouse. She and her family are currently stationed in Hawaii. Holly is a former elementary school teacher, and now works full-time as the owner of HD Fitness which was established in 2015. Holly especially has a passion for helping moms level up their fitness journey, because she has seen the power of nutrition and lifting in transforming her own life."
Holly also has experience (training and competing) in cross fit, powerlifting, and figure competition. Not to mention she also trains people online and has trained people in person. All of this experience, I thought she would be perfect to bring on and start this series where I interview some of the interesting people in Iron Hawaiian Fitness and have them share their stories.
