Spring is considered a pioneer in bringing mindfulness-based healing practices to diverse communities. She is the founder of Lotus Vine Journeys, an organization that blends indigenous healing practices with Buddhist wisdom in Peru.

How people gain access to these (mostly) illegal medicines is the big question. Who currently has access to this type of healing and who will likely have it in the future?
