Sile Walsh is a lecturer, facilitator, coach, researcher and accredited professional supervisor who has worked internationally with over 20k leaders and organisations for over a decade. Sile is a PhD candidate researching inclusive leadership in the school of psychology and has a professional background in coaching psychology and organisational development. As a leadership development specialist, an early school leaver, dyslexic, working class, queer and living with a disability, Sile is passionate about co-creating inclusive workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
