Inclusive Leadership with Patrycja Riera

Our guest, Patrycja Riera, is a doctoral candidate at the IE Business School in Madrid, and hold a Master degree in Research & a Master degree in Economics and Business Administration. Her research work focuses on inclusive leadership and how leaders navigate the sense of inclusion while maintaining their core beliefs, values and norms. She is an EMCC (Senior Practitioner) and ICF accredited coach and have worked for many years supporting senior leaders to create strategic and behavior shifts in their organizations, leadership and teams.

We have seen the catalytic power of conversations in the work that we do, as well as the impact that it brings to our world.

Our Living Room is a space for us to connect, to explore thoughts and learning, in a relaxed and very human way. Through this channel, we look forward to an engaging dialogue and resonance with our guests, and bring a breath of fresh air to the space we occupy in this virtual world.
