Join Kristin and I as we look at the process of healing deep trauma as she has trail-blazed new pathways to healing severe and substantive amnesia, dissosiativeness, and reclaimed a life of meaning that is about presence through her very impressive and comprehensive studies into neuroscience. The idea of memory is a malleable thing, we talk about how they function and how one can heal without needing to dig into pain through memory. This conversation dives into abuse and hardships, however, it brings one through to the healing waters and modes to help heal the trauma and gain back a vital sense of self and self love once again. Kristin has a lovely effervescent air about her and nothing about this chat feels too dark (imo) because of the full arc.
