I like podcasts and had the thought to search for a book on alpha-gal and found this podcast instead. Thank you alpha gals! I was recently diagnosed, but looking back, realize that I’ve had it for almost 30 years. This last summer though I apparently got a new and strong infusion. Am in the learning what I can and cannot eat phase. And it has pretty much sucked. So it is nice to listen to these discussions.

I’m not alone!
