Carlise Jones, a resident of Wiley Bates, a senior community in Annapolis, MD that used to be the first African American High School in Anne Arundel County. In addition to being an affordable senior community, Wiley Bates is also The Annapolis Senior Center, The Boys and Girls Club, and The Legacy Center.
