Rabbi Yehoshua Pfeffer is a community Rabbi, Dayan, and director of the Haredi division of the Tikvah Fund. Rabbi Pfeffer is also the founding editor of Tzarich Iyun, a unique Hebrew and English language online journal, that seeks to develop an internal haredi conversation about political and social issues.
