This model allows for control, flexibility, and even high income, but it can also lead to exhaustion, burnout, and limited growth.

Dale and Brian reflect on their own experience in this stage and share how many businesses — an estimated 85%, according to their unofficial-but-usually-accurate numbers — get stuck here.
