I’m Your Mother Now is a sister-led podcast about reparenting, remembering, and reclaiming the parts of ourselves we were told to quiet. Hosted by Amanda and Sarah—actual sisters, recovering good girls, and emotionally literate weirdos—we explore what it means to grow up while breaking cycles. From therapy and nervous system healing to spirituality, pop culture, and potato-filter-level humor, this is where the sacred meets the unhinged. We talk about what hurts, what heals, and how to mother ourselves (and each other) through it all. 💫 New episodes every week.Amala Moon Productions Higiene y Vida Saludable Psicología Psicología y Salud Mental

In this episode of I’m Your Mother Now, we’re unpacking manifestation — what it really means, why it gets labeled as “woo-woo,” and how it might already be shaping your life whether you realize it or not.

    We talk about:
    – Manifesting vs. mindset (and why your thoughts matter more than you think)
    – Letting go of the “life is happening to me” mentality
    – Journaling as a tool to actually create change
    – Intuition, timing, and those “random Tuesday” life pivots
    – Becoming the version of yourself you’re trying to attract

Plus, a little bonus: snooping ethics, childhood trauma, escort economics (??), and why we cannot stay on topic to save our lives.

If you’ve ever wondered whether manifestation is real — or just needed someone to explain it in a way that actually makes sense — this one’s for you.

  • ALCHEMIZE THOSE B*TCHES.
    Mar 20 2026

In Season 2, Episode 6, Amanda and Sarah start with technical difficulties, questionable hair, and a surprisingly peaceful visit from Patricia before getting into one of their most relatable topics yet: why crying during movies, commercials, and basically anything emotionally manipulative can feel so shameful — even when that is literally the point. What starts as a conversation about crying on the couch turns into something deeper about how emotional expression gets shaped in childhood, what it means to be told don’t be like your mother, and how much of adulthood is really just unpacking what you absorbed without realizing it.

From there, the episode takes a hard left into one of Sarah’s most unhinged and iconic teenage stories yet: driving herself to Newport at 16, wearing a cubic zirconia engagement ring, pretending she was about to get married, and fully committing to the bit alone at boutique hotels and mansion tours. The sisters also revisit Sarah’s ring transformation in real time as she officially resets her old wedding ring into something entirely new — softer, more intentional, and fully her own. It’s funny, reflective, slightly feral, and somehow ends on a reminder that millennials and zennials may need to stay sane long enough to help rebuild whatever comes next.

    Mar 14 2026

Season 2, Episode 5 finds Amanda and Sarah in the middle of one of those weeks—fake spring weather, low energy, and the feeling that everyone wants a piece of you when you have absolutely none left to give. Between being sick, toddler chaos, dog poop disasters, and a ceiling that now technically has a skylight, the sisters reflect on how quickly life can tip from manageable to ridiculous.

In the middle of the chaos, Sarah shares a major personal reset: with her ex-husband remarrying and old chapters officially closing, she’s transforming her engagement ring into something new—literally flipping it into a piece that represents who she is now. What follows is a conversation about timing, not reacting to every feeling immediately, and the strange clarity that can come when you finally slow down.

Naturally, the episode also detours into Love Is Blind, ancient Rome, why history keeps repeating itself, and the simple fact that sometimes the only response to the universe is: “wow… wow.”
