Identity vs Performance in Leadership

In this Episode 8 of The Charge Series, we explored a tension many leaders quietly carry that is leading from identity or performing for approval.

Performance-driven leadership may look strong outwardly, but it is often rooted in pressure, fear, and the need for validation.

Identity-rooted leadership, however, flows from a settled place; where a man knows who he is before God and leads from that security.

When identity is secure, leadership becomes sustainable, humble, and life-giving not exhausting or fear-driven.
