Erika Jayne, self-proclaimed Ice Queen, may be feeling the heat today, despite her Instagram proclamations.

A court has ruled three victims of alleged predatory lawyer Tom Girardi, Erika’s estranged husband, can now recoup their missing settlements from assets owned the Beverly Hills housewife.

She is publicly stating it won't break her heart.
