Welcome to the Multiverse Technology Podcast, hosted by Justin ITee Walker—a 25+ year IT and cybersecurity leader who nearly died from an overdose, woke the hell up, and turned his spiritual awakening into a mission: helping leaders in tech, healthcare, and business remember they're human beings first.

This isn't your typical business podcast. This is where healthcare CEOs, founders, technologists, and leaders who are privately questioning everything come to have the conversations they can't have anywhere else—about shadow work, identity shifts, burnout, awakening, and what it actually means to lead when you're waking up in the middle of a demanding career.

We start with your journey. Who you were, the breaking point, and who you're becoming now. Then we connect those inner shifts to how you show up in your business, your leadership, and your life. Whether we're talking about AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or meditation and nervous system regulation, every conversation is filtered through one lens: human consciousness applied to the work we do.

You'll hear:
• Healthcare leaders navigating burnout while trying to bring humanity back into broken systems
• Founders and entrepreneurs who've realized there's more to life than the matrix they were sold
• Technologists exploring consciousness, energy, quantum mechanics, and what it means to build with awareness
• Recovery stories, trauma healing, and the messy, real process of transformation
• Practical tools: breathwork, meditation, tech boundaries, and nervous system regulation for high-performers

This show is for you if:
• You're successful on paper but know something's missing
• You're privately doing inner work (or curious about starting) but haven't talked about it publicly
• You're tired of business podcasts that ignore your humanity
• You're ready to stop living in silos and integrate ALL parts of yourself—your consciousness, your business, your healing, your leadership

My credibility? 25+ years in healthcare IT and cybersecurity. I run ITeeCMD, providing IT solutions for healthcare providers. But the real work I do now is creating space for leaders to drop the mask, talk about what's actually happening inside, and discover that leading from presence beats leading from panic every single time.

Join us each week for unscripted, organic conversations that inspire you to wake up, lead consciously, and remember: you're not just a title. You're a human being on a journey home to yourself.

Gary Scott, host of the What Have You Cured? podcast and a grief coach, joins Justin for a raw and emotional conversation about loss, healing, and the human experience. Gary shares the heartbreaking story of losing his wife to cancer and spending a decade in a “rabbit hole” of grief before emerging with a mission to help others. He discusses the challenges men face in expressing emotion and how his podcast became a vehicle for deep, healing conversations.

Gary and Justin explore the concept of being “virtual beings having a human experience,” the profound impact of simple acts of kindness, and why giving to others is the surest way to heal yourself. • Why “We’re a Family” is the biggest Lie Corporate America Tells

Travis Schachtner, author and innovator, joins the podcast to challenge the outdated norms of corporate leadership. Travis shares his diverse background—from farmhand and Navy sonar technician to field service and college instructor—and how listening to younger generations (Millennials and Gen Z) radically shifted his perspective on work. He argues that the “we are a family” rhetoric is a manipulative tool used by companies to extract more labor for less respect.

Travis and Justin discuss the harsh realities of profit-driven decisions, such as billion-dollar companies refusing to air-condition warehouses, and why “market competitive” wages often just mean “the lowest we can get away with.” This episode is a call to arms for employment ethics, urging workers to treat jobs as contracts, not identities, and empowering leaders to actually care for the humans who build their profits.
