In 2021, I endured a life-threatening flare of what I believed was ulcerative colitis—I discuss what it REALLY was in the podcast! Since then, I’ve learned about IBD, CIRS, mold toxicity, biotoxin illness, and healing from a mind-body-soul perspective. I aim to remove the stigma of IBD and explore its root causes, assist in making CIRS mainstream, and do it all with a sense of humor!
