In 1974, Dennis Rader walked into the Otero family home where he brutally killed Mr. Joseph Otero and Mrs. Julie Otero and their two children who were home at the time, 8-year-old Joseph and 11-year-old Josephine. Then, we talked about the recent Choctaw High School shooting in Oklahoma. We discussed the media coverage, the victims, and the ongoing investigation.
