Before we jump into anything new, I needed to sit down and catch y’all up on me, what I’ve been moving through, what paused the pod, and why this next chapter means so much to me.

The girl who started this podcast? She needed rest and heal. She needed time. But the woman coming back now? She’s moving with intention.
