End of the Road

With Bunker Hill behind them, the group sets out for the medical facility now occupied by The Institute, knowing that whatever awaits them there will demand more than weapons and armor.

Once inside, long-buried truths come to light, forcing the party to confront the consequences of everything they’ve done to survive the wasteland. As revelations surface, two members of the group are faced with choices that could change the course of their futures—and the fate of the mission itself.

This episode concludes the Fallout playthrough, bringing hard decisions, lasting consequences, and no easy answers in a world that stopped offering them long ago.

Weapons First, Armor Later

With upgraded weapons—but little actual protection—the crew decides it’s time to make a move against a group of drunk raiders in possession of a coveted prize: a suit of T-60 Power Armor.

What starts as a calculated risk quickly turns chaotic. Kendra puts her new sniper rifle to work, while Thump and Boltsley get their hands—and pinchers—dirty as the fight unfolds. Dr. Quantum, meanwhile, manages to stay out of direct combat, securing something valuable enough to trade back at Bunker Hill.

Scrap, Caps, and Consequences

The party finally reaches Bunker Hill, hoping to secure the resources they need to continue their journey.

Thump is offered armor made from car parts. Unfortunately, custom work in the wasteland doesn’t come cheap. With not enough caps to make a deal, the group will be forced back outside the safety of Bunker Hill in search of something worth trading.

Dr. Quantum struggles with an unexpected obstacle—remembering names and Pipboy malfunctions—and is pushed into performing surgery under less-than-ideal conditions.

Bad Ideas & Wasteland Thievery

Kendra and Thump make their way back to Vault 92 with Boltsley, seeking help from Dr. Quantum for a growing problem Thump can no longer ignore. Inside the Doctor’s lab, it becomes clear that whatever’s wrong won’t be fixed with a quick patch job.

The only possible lead on a cure points the party toward Glenwood Memorial Hospital, now under the control of The Institute. Reaching it will mean crossing the Commonwealth—and planning their next move carefully, with Bunker Hill looming as a critical stop along the way.

Not every threat in the wasteland comes armed. The group is nearly thwarted by an unexpected adversary: a lamp post. And with Bunker Hill drawing closer, tensions flare as Kendra and Dr. Quantum clash.

Session Zero & Character Introductions

Season 3 begins with a Session Zero designed to welcome both new players and longtime fans of tabletop RPGs. Rick Rollins and Simon Vaughn introduce the Fallout tabletop roleplaying system, covering the core mechanics, tone, and expectations for surviving in the wasteland. The overview is intentionally brief before transitioning into live play, with rules and limitations explained organically as they arise.

The table then introduces the characters who will shape this campaign:

• Kendra, a Wasteland Survivor hardened by life after the bombs, played by Raven Rollins
• Dr. Quantum, a doctor and robotics engineer navigating the line between science and survival, played by Bill Shackleford
• Boltsley, a Mister Handy whose programming doesn’t quite limit his personality, played by Simon Vaughn
• Thump, a super mutant whose strength and presence make him impossible to ignore, played by Max Winchester

This episode lays the groundwork for the campaign ahead, blending guided learning, character-driven storytelling, and the dark, satirical tone that defines Fallout’s post-nuclear world.
