I Am Intense, Like Pure Light

If you're anything life me, perhaps you experience overwhelming passionate emotions and/or thrive in a  thrill-seeking state of living. My guess is you've been called "a lot" or "too much" a couple (million) times in your life. Recognize this - As long as you are channeling your intense energy into pure light, you are merely using it as a way to express yourself in the truest and most authentic form. Be grateful that you have such a deep rooted sense of confidence and comfort in yourself that you are able to be such a bright light in a world that carries such darkness. This meditation is a tool to train your mind to practice subconscious freedom so you are able to live in light and without the delusional fear of egotistical judgment. In fact, any judgment you receive in regards to your intensity is only initiated by those whom have not yet tapped into their own light.
