Stop living life with your “spiritual GPS" on airplane mode
Proverbs 3 said,

“Acknowledge Him in all thy ways and He shall direct thy paths,”
But half of us are behaving like spiritual crackheads, allowing emotional highs to direct our path and then wondering why we keep going in circles.

We’re praying for straight paths while taking emotional detours, walking in disobedience, pedaling on procrastination, as if we are afraid to enter into the presence of God alone

Scripture is clear:

Isaiah 43:18–19 says,

I used to read that and think, that was for back then.
Like God did a “new thing” 2,000 years ago… but what about now?

But here’s the truth:

If God woke you up this morning,
He didn’t do it to replay your yesterday.

People think being nice is enough because it’s the most socially acceptable substitute for holiness.

It lets you feel spiritual without surrender…
look righteous without transformation…
and avoid being cruel while staying unchallenged, unrepentant, and unchanged.

“I’m a good person” has become the modern-day fig leaf.

“I don’t bother anybody.”
“I’m kind.”
“I help people.”

And yes—that’s better than being cruel.
But here’s the truth:

👉 God never said niceness was the standard.

You can be nice and still be:

• 
  prideful
• unforgiving
• dishonest
• spiritually lazy
• unwilling to submit to God
  
  

That’s why Scripture goes past behavior and straight to the heart:

“They honor me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.” — Matthew 15:8
