  • CONCEPT | Why Fear Doesn’t Respond to Logic

    Fear isn’t a failure of logic — it’s a signal from the emotional and physiological systems that learned something once and never updated.

    In this episode, I explore how fear actually works in the mind and body, and why trying to “think your way out of it” so often makes things worse. Fear lives below conscious reasoning — which is why insight alone rarely dissolves it.

    We look at how hypnotherapy works with the subconscious patterns that drive fear responses, helping to quiet the inner alarm system, soften the inner critic, and rebuild a sense of internal safety and trust.

    This episode is especially relevant if you:

    • feel stuck despite understanding why you shouldn’t be afraid

    • struggle with anxiety, avoidance, or fear of failure

    • sense that part of you wants to move forward while another part holds you back
