In fact I have lost 3 jobs due to stress in the past, so I have a good knowledge base to be working from. In these podcast recordings, I talk about my own experiences & suggest ideas that may be useful for you. It is a mixed bag of ideas, hypnotic suggestions, relaxation techniques and a growing sense of recovery & relief over a period of regular listening.

blasting an advertisement for a shitty car manufacturer at the beginning, possibly the worst audible in existence regardless if it was hypnosis, if this was a book I'd still say the same but to even call this something about reducing stress or anxiety when the very first sounds induce stress and anxiety. some kind of corporate mind game this is trying to sell you a car without you knowing full and well likely. I wouldn't trust anything from anyone associated with this audible.

The content seems ok but I just can’t deal with the whispering delivery, it’s more distracting and harsher on words than normal talking that can be volume adjusted, maybe needs a pop to soften the whisper in audio
