Two of the team members from the Akron facility share how they transformed a costly and wasteful process into a smart, sustainable solution. For years, the site managed Reactive Liquid Polymer (RLP) Dimer by treating it as hazardous waste, which involved expensive offsite disposal. But through collaboration and innovation, they found a way to repurpose the material for use in oil and gas exploration—turning a liability into an asset.
